Who is The Great Wazu?
In 1981, Joe and his brother opened The Great Wazu, combining his passion for bold sandwiches and innovative kitchen techniques. As a pioneer in fast-casual dining, Joe set the foundation for a family-driven business. Today, his sons continue the legacy, bringing fresh, exciting flavors to the menu while honoring the classics. The Great Wazu is still about family, flavor, and serving up sandwiches that bring people together.
At The Great Wazu, all our sandwiches (we've got 80+ of those bad boys), soups, and salads are prepared fresh to order and made with only the finest ingredients, like Boar's Head meats.
Our sauces are even homemade, we suggest taking the chipotle aioli or red pepper mayo for a spin. Our portions are large & our prices are reasonable.
